I've already registered for the conference, do I need to register again online?
Not at all, this is offered as an alternative to mailing your information to us.


Do I have to pay online?
Absolutely not! We simply offer this method for convenience. If you have to pay registration fees you can do so via postal mail, telephone
or online.


Do I have to make my own hotel reservation?
Yes, please call or email the Gant directly to make your reservations.  It is best to do this by April or May before the Conference as the Gant can be completely booked by June!

How do I recommend a Fellow?
Email the Conference Administrators and send a check or do a charge via the website for $75.


As an invited speaker or chair, to whom should I submit my receipts for reimbursement?
You do not submit receipts for reimbursement; however, you should retain your receipts for tax purposes. You will receive a flat fee, as noted in your letter of invitation, which should adequately cover your lodging, airfare and miscellaneous expense.

In January of the year following your participation, you will receive a MISC-1099 showing the amount you received as miscellaneous income.  You will then use your receipts to expense out the income.


As an invited speaker or chair, is my lodging arranged and paid for by the Conference?
You will be responsible for making your own lodging reservations and for paying for the lodging. You will receive a flat fee for your participation that should adequately cover your expenses.
